1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out conduct that is prohibited when using VYAAS. It is incorporated into the Terms of Use.
2. General Rule
You may use VYAAS only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others, violate rights, or interfere with the Services.
3. Prohibited Uses
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing, credential theft, or deceptive practices.
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, exploits, or unauthorized access.
• Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, scraping that violates laws or third-party terms, or abusive automation.
• Harassment, abuse, hate, discrimination, threats, stalking, or intimidation.
• Child exploitation, trafficking, terrorism, extremist activity, or violence.
• Illegal surveillance, evasion of lawful controls, or privacy-invasive activity.
• Copyright infringement, trade secret theft, or misuse of confidential information.
• Medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes use without independent human review and legal authorization where needed.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, bypassing, probing, or attempting to extract our source code, models, policies, or hidden system behavior.
• Circumventing token accounting, rate limits, access rules, or security measures.
4. High-Risk Tasks
VYAAS is not intended to be the sole decision-maker for tasks where errors could cause serious harm. You remain responsible for verifying and approving important actions.
5. Accounts and Abuse
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, illegal use, repeated violations, chargeback fraud, or attempts to compromise the Services or third-party systems.
6. Reporting Violations
Report suspected abuse to info@vyaas.ai.
7. Changes
We may update this policy at any time by posting a revised version.
