1. What VYAAS Does

VYAAS is an AI automation tool that interprets user instructions, observes interfaces where needed, and performs actions on behalf of the user across websites and desktop applications.

2. User Control and Responsibility

• You decide what tasks VYAAS should perform.

• You are responsible for the legality of the task and the permissions you have to perform it.

• You should review important actions before execution.

• VYAAS is a tool and does not independently determine your legal, business, or ethical obligations.

3. Sensitive and Security-Critical Actions

For sensitive actions such as payments, banking, identity verification, legal acknowledgements, or similar tasks, VYAAS may require you to complete or confirm the action directly to reduce risk and improve privacy.

4. Data Processed During Automation

• Prompts, instructions, and workflow steps.

• Screenshots, visible text, and interface elements when needed to complete tasks.

• Selected files, documents, and browser content.

• Execution metadata, logs, errors, and recovery events.

5. Human Review

Authorized personnel may review limited data only when necessary for support, fraud prevention, debugging, safety, legal compliance, or improvement of the Services, subject to strict access controls.
