1. Overview
This Refund & Credits Policy applies to the prepaid token and credit system used by VYAAS and forms part of your agreement with ActumAutoma Private Limited.
VYAAS does not currently sell standard monthly subscriptions for consumer access. Instead, you purchase credits or tokens in advance and use those credits to access the Services.
2. Purchases and Currency
For users in India, purchases are made in INR.
For users outside India, purchases may be shown and processed in USD or another currency we choose to support.
Prices may include applicable taxes, including GST or similar taxes, where required or displayed as tax inclusive pricing. Any tax treatment may depend on your location and the payment method or invoice structure used.
3. Credit Rules
Purchased credits never expire unless applicable law requires a different treatment.
Credits are permanently tied to the account that purchased them and may not be transferred, assigned, pooled, gifted, or resold.
Promotional or free credits may expire, may be withdrawn, and are never refundable.
We may change the price, bundle size, feature allocation, or promotional value of credits at any time for future purchases without prior notice, except where law requires otherwise.
4. Delivery and Processing
If a payment is successfully captured but the corresponding credits do not appear immediately, we may take a reasonable time to investigate and correct the issue.
You must contact us at info@vyaas.ai with transaction details so we can review the matter.
5. Refund Eligibility
Purchased credits are non-refundable once delivered, except in the limited situations below or where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Duplicate payment for the same order or transaction.
• Successful payment where credits were not delivered and we confirm the failure was on our side or the payment processor’s side.
• Unauthorized payment that we verify after investigation.
• A refund that we are legally required to issue.
6. No Refunds For
Except where required by law or expressly approved by us in writing, no refund will be issued for:
• change of mind;
• accidental purchase;
• unused credits;
• partially used credits;
• account inactivity;
• dissatisfaction with output quality or a user’s expectations;
• suspension or termination for violation of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy;
• credits lost because a user failed to review or confirm a task;
• promotional credits or bonus credits.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving credits, we may suspend your account, withhold or remove corresponding credits, request additional information, and seek recovery of our costs where permitted by law.
Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination and additional legal action.
8. Refund Method and Timing
If a refund is approved, we may issue it to the original payment method, issue it through the payment processor, or resolve it case by case based on the circumstances and the payment method involved.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
9. Taxes, Fees, and Exchange Rates
Any taxes, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment processor fees charged by third parties are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
If a payment provider or bank applies currency conversion, exchange-rate differences, or foreign transaction fees, those amounts are outside our control.
